Whoa- what’s the story on that ‘57 Belvedere in the background?!
Irrelevant info regarding older engines.
Very exciting to watch
This is good to know. 😂
Great start to Season 3 of Road to AAPEX! We are proud to once again be a sponsor and we look forward to the rest of the season!
Great Idea- me in the industry since 1970 @ 20 years old. Yup 75 now first one I have seen. M
Waste of time…
Thank you sir
This guy should’ve say something approx torque. He said nothing, it’s like “ do you want to bake a chocolate cake, follow the recipe that’s it. 🤡 I’m clown Biden”
A complete waste of my damn time. Wonder how many dislikes he has.
Even he made the mistake of saying leaking oil. Lol
You could've at least given an example of a rating for a fuel hose connected to the fuel pump on the gas tank of a car.
Yes i works ❤ can you help me job🙏
Awesome!
Terrible video, did not explain how to fix, so it's the o2 sensor? terrible video
This guy for president
Completely worthless. Thank you for wasting my time.
Oil cooler/oil cooler gasket also
Dies the hardware for pads wear out and cause brake pads to rattle over bumps.when slight brake no sounds over bumps???????
Bullshit ! MLS gaskets are sprayed with Laquer... oem I 've always used Copper sray with ZERO issues. With a copper spray one can Reuse a MLS gasket.... repeatedl. Or at least for as long as the thing still has palpable ridges left..
Thank you!
Called you guys the other week for new seals for my caliper (previous owner or dealership covered them in lithium greace which dried and caused the piston to stick) and your guy told me "no1 rebuilds calipers anymore". Excuse me? That's why you are parts guys and not mechanics. I did rebuild it with parts I didn't buy form you and the caliper is working excellent 700km no heat no noise and no thanks to you guys. Do better nappa. I use to love your store now I'm shopping online. Lost a life time customer here for trying to upsell me on a new caliper.
Boo hoo
I know someone who does it still ... but dude: the cheapest reman caliper for one of my trucks is under $14 plus core. Now way I can rebuild both sides for under $40 in time and labor and make them look like the they do inside a reman box. Most people have other things to do.
@@AllAmericanGuyExpert napa, canadian tire and part Scorse all sell rebuilt calipers. My point is every part store sends them out to be rebuilt so they can be resold. I'm not looking at 14$(maybe in the 90s😂) I'm looking at 150 per side. They also take 15 minutes to clean rebuild. Idk about you but I don't make 150$ every 15 minutes so my time is definitely worth it.
@@666ImI666 Rock Auto has my calipers for around $14 to $16 per side, plus $15 cores ... for a full-size truck.
@@AllAmericanGuyExpert must be nice.. the absolute cheapest one for my car is 100 bucks at rock auto they sell the rebuild kit for 6 bucks tho 🤔 (i have a mustang). My problem is that napa sells rebuilt calipers but refuses to sell you the squair seals. If there guy says no1 rebuilds calipers anymore yet they sell rebuilt calipers... do see the problem..? Iv spent more time explaining this to you then it took me to rebuild it. ✌️
ECM controled alternwators much higher failure rates. Shotgun to.kill house flies is still stupid!
Pointless video.
You suck
Never listen to dealers or mechanics they will rip you off
That’s 3 not 4 the hose is not a part of the caliber itself.
A real technician made me laugh :))
The "Low Engine Oil Level" warning light comes on when I start my 2003 Chevy Impala. It goes off after about a minute, and the dipstick shows full oil. In fact, I changed it six weeks ago. In trying to find videos regarding this warning light, I keep seeing people talking about the "Engine Oil Pressure Unit" or "Engine Oil Sending Unit." Is the oil pressure switch the same thing as the engine oil level switch?
What happened to my last F150 and Hondas. I drove them over 250,000 miles. Never changed the rotor, never had the rotors turned. The new pads smoothed the rotor. Got around 40 or 50K on the F150. About 90K to 110K on the Honda. My Toyota is crap. Got the 100K front 113K rear, but both rotors at min. Going to listen to this guy and look at rotors every 30K miles now and watch fluid levels every 10K oil change.
if i replaced pads and rotors that had slightly uneven wear and sticky slide pins and i cleaned everything relubricated slide pins what would cause pads to wear on outside of rotor but not inside the hub side of pad and outer edge (not inner and outer pad) top and bottom of pad
Good luck telling this to all the know-it-all (I’ve put anti seize on my whole life and aint nuthin’ ever happened) so shut the hell up mechanics. Some people simply can’t be educated or are too proud or stupid to learn..
Buenísima la explicación.. Muchas Gracias...
Thanks for sharing
2024 1 dislike and never display a channel
This video is a perfect example of why we need to be able to see thumbs down tally on RUclips again...
Thank You Sir! Just bought new rotors and have not done a brake job in a while and was wondering about the coating!
You think someone that makes a video when I look so stupid who makes a box of rocks intelligent thing on earth
0:55 seconds those are NOT hydraulic bushings
No dipstick? BIG problems..... Why remove a fail safe devise?..... Christ.....
The battery temperature sensor is there to control charge voltage and not performance as you stated. Charge voltage is higher when it is cold and lower when it is hot.
Sponsored by WHAT!?
Blahaaaaa 🤣😂
Well that was a waste of time. No 411 on HOW to adjust. Good job guys
Great info!
Lies!! Stop the crap!! Stop wasting your time on these useless videos and show some real life situations.
❤
Damn this video sucks!! 😂😂😂
I've only heard this advice once before and it's great advice. Is it ok to put a bit of dielectric grease on the ceramic part of perhaps the edge of the ignition coil boot? Some boots can really stick and break as you pull out the coil. Thanks.
that last bonus tip mightn be exactly what ive been looking for! my brakes let go yesterday and i noticed the brake hose had ruptured i replaced it and the brake light was still on and braking system was acting strange i was wondering what would cause the hose to randomly rupture as the hose itself looked fine other than the rupture and nothing was around for it to rub on. i thank you very much for the insight even if this isnt the fix i appreciate you taking the time to make the video. thanks again.
